The app's main objective is to generate a work process where information flows collaboratively and dynamically. Both parts can improve and find new opportunities, doing work as transparent and accessible as possible and for the requirements defined by Peaking Produce.
Process: through the use of the app, the farmer can input produce shipping information, what product is being sent, product quantity, to which farm and phase it belongs, departure and arrival shipping times.
Once the farmer has set this information, it notifies each corresponding packaging department in real-time to make proper adjustments to the reception and unload of product to avoid delay times in the reception process. Once the unloading is done, the farmer can see in real-time the quantity and condition of the products received, all in a matter of minutes. These features allow us to have the traceability of products online for our customers.
